The incumbent will assist the IT Audit team for the design and execution of audit coverage for the Bank’s US IT audit program. The coverage responsibilities pertain to audits of IT systems, applications and operations, attendant risk undertaken in the lines of business and control functions. The job responsibilities include but not limited to execute and supervise the audit coverage strategy of the IT program, design and implementation of testing of the IT audit programs in the Bank. The AVP will be handling the ongoing management of the filter screening system. Main responsibilities include assistance in the Fircosoft implementation, periodic sanctions system effectiveness testing, optimization testing, output optimization, managing governmental and internal sanctions lists, providing technical support, prepare tuning cases for SIT and UAT Fircosoft system test environments, tuning systems daily to reduce false positive alerts, prepare tuning data, reviewing hit reduction strategies. We are looking for someone with Fircosoft tuning experience, and who can write rules and knows how to tune the system to bring down the hit rate. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a bank within a BSA/AML and OFAC internal control capacity. This incumbent will be responsible for conducting independent risk assessment of commodity finance, financial institution credit proposals and credit related matters, developing loan work-out strategy to maximize recovery, maintaining credit portfolio risk measurements (e.g. Key Risk Indicators to track concentration and credit exposure risk, internal risk rating system, etc.), managing and credit risk reporting according to local regulatory and home country requirements. S/He will also perform the enterprise risk management responsibilities per the risk governance framework, including conducting quarterly bank-wide risk assessment process and generating risk assessment reports. S/He will perform the second line of defense responsibilities as risk manager for Strategic Risk and Reputation Risk and develop processes to identify measure, prioritize and report strategic and reputation risk issues throughout the Bank. The incumbent will be responsible for processing daily trade services transactions which include, but are not limited to LC discount, short-term financing, accounts receivable financing, letter of credit, and performing all applicable compliance related checks and verifications. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher educational level in related disciplines; possess 1 to 3 years of experience in trade services/finance operations along with strong communication skills.
Associate – KYC Team
The incumbent will be responsible for timely performing periodic customer profile reviews, customer on-boarding activities, and maintaining appropriate documentation in line with the Bank’s policies and procedures; delivering a range of support in the areas of preventing fraud and anti-money laundering; preparing any compliance related reports. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher educational level in related disciplines; possess 3 years of experience in BSA/AML/OFAC/KYC in the banking industry along with strong communication skills.
AVP – Business Development Department (Underwriting and Portfolio Management – CRE Focus)
The incumbent will be responsible for reviewing loan applications and underwriting; monitoring the quality of loan portfolio and post-lending monitoring activities; analyzing and identifying risk and recommending risk rating; working closely with Account Officers and outside counsel in the review of loan documentation; and providing training and coaching to junior associates. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher educational level in related discipline; possess at least 8 years of corporate lending experience along with strong communication and analytical skills.
AVP – Trade Services Department (Operations)
The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and supporting the delivery of high quality services through providing technical guidance on trade services transactions of the Trade Services Department; assisting in developing and delivering the trade and supply chain finance strategies; representing the bank in client engagements and achieving targeted financial growth; ensuring compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures and regulatory requirements; managing operational risks. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher educational level in related disciplines; possess at least 10 years of experience in trade services/finance operations along with strong communication, leadership and management skills.
AVP – Quality Control Team (Risk Assessment)
The incumbent will be responsible for administering the Branch’s Business Continuity Plan and various Risk Assessment and Management Report; performing risk assessment and control on transactions and business activities of the Branch in order to ensure all transactions and activities are conducted and processed strictly adhering to the Bank’s policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines; closely monitoring risks identified by internal auditors and regulators and recommending corrective actions in a timely manner. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher educational level in related disciplines; possess at least 8 years of experience in quality assurance and risk control in banking industry along with strong communication skills.
AVP – Quality Control Team (Loan Focus)
The incumbent will be responsible for day-to-day review and quality control on corporate lending activities of the Branch in order to ensure all activities are conducted and processed strictly adhering to the Bank’s policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines; closely monitoring risks suggested by internal auditors and regulators, and recommending corrective actions in a timely manner; administering various QA/QC Reports. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher educational level in related disciplines; possess at least 8 years of experience in commercial lending, loan administration, quality assurance and risk control in banking industry along with strong communication skills.
INTERNSHIP RECRUITMENT:
