Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and develop index fund related products, e.g. ETF, SmartBeta, etc.
2. Obtain latest information about index fund by partnering closely with Research Department and index companies, and utilizing external researches and reports. Work on innovative index series compiling.
3. Support and maintain daily operations of various types of index fund product.
4. Produce investment reports about various index funds and support roadshows.

1. Design, test and build multi-factor quantitative stock selection model, facilitate the research and implementation of investment strategy and products.
2. Analyze and apply financial data and computerized algorithm on to quantitative research area.

Qualifications:

1. Conduct research and analysis on global ESG industry standards and market development.
2. Assist to set up company level ESG framework, coordinate with internal ESG practices among different teams, including investment, research, technology and others.

Responsibilities:  

1. Conduct in-depth industry research and bond analysis for responsible industry and companies. Follow up and comment on industry movements, and propose investment advices.
2. Conduct online and offline due diligence on issuers and related institutions, draft and discuss research report.
3. Obtain valuable information on fund investment management by partnering closely with Research Department and professional research institutions, and utilizing external researches.

4. Propose and optimize the company's credit rating system if possible.

Qualifications

1. Master’s degree and above, Finance and Economics related background is preferred.
2. Strong research ability, logical thinking, with solid Finance and Accounting knowledge. Be capable to collect financial data and information to make judgment on company's credit qualification.
3. Be proficient in Wind, Python, MS Office, etc.

Responsibilities:  

1. Overseas Marco-Strategy Research: Work on overseas macro-strategy and asset allocation research, includes but is not limited to collecting, sorting out various global macro statistics, following up with global capital market movement, drafting research report on overseas asset investment and allocation strategy.
2. Quantitative Research: Build quantitative models and design quantitative strategy. Leverage quantitative tools to analyze economics and financial data, and screen underlying assets to support investment decisions.
