Responsibilities

●         Performing GP and industry research and assist investment managers to conduct fund investment;

●         Identifying potential LP opportunities, assist to build up and maintain the LP network;

●         Assist the process of due diligence, valuation, business negotiation and preparing investment documents;

Qualifications

Job posting – Office Assistant (Analyst)

Responsibilities

●         Support and manage the US office team which entails providing administrative and logistical support and liaise with the China and Hong Kong office. This means setting up and maintain of all the function for the office to operate in synchronization, complement and in harmonious development with the China office in Chinese and English.

●         More specifically maintain and organize the deal log, deal pipeline, investment committee material, share drive management, effectuate random research project as directed by senior leaders of the office, tracking the operation of the office to be in compliance with the US regulatory authorities.

●         Translation of document in English and or Chinese for the US office team, senior executive and reciprocally for China. Act as interpret for senior team member based in the US or for senior team members visiting from China. Assist senior executives attending external events.

Qualifications

●         Proficiency in Chinese and English speaking and writing.

●         Bachelor degree preferably from overseas with at least two years’ experience in an international work environment.

●         Preferred a good finance background.

Job posting – FOF Investment Manager

Responsibilities

●         A senior team member of FOF investment both onshore and offshore, screening onshore/offshore alternative asset managers with a focus on private equity for the portfolio investment targets.

●         Leading the due diligence, evaluation, investment and post-management process.

●         Expert knowledge of domestic and foreign venture capital managers, private equity and credit funds managers.

●         Developing FOF investment strategy and portfolio construction as analyses and update regularly the pacing model for the portfolio

●         Improving the fund and fund manager selection and evaluation criteria; responsible for the design of fund portfolio products and road show, fund pool formation and maintenance, qualitative and quantitative research

●         Develop and constantly manage FOF products meeting different investment needs;  responsible for the FOF investment performance

●         Tracking fund performance, leading fund due diligence and interview with fund managers, conducting analysis for investment style, performance results and fund risk assessment conducting due diligence on operational back office of the manager.

●         Assist in the marketing and fund raising

Qualifications

●         5 -10 years or above working experience in a well-known FOF fund, or family office asset allocation experience. Familiar with FOF investment process and portfolio construction.

●         Familiar with domestic and foreign VC funds, PE funds and other credit  funds

●         Fluent in both English & Chinese

●         Having experience  investing on a global basis in alternative asset  will be a plus

●         CFA designation or CAIA will be considered as a plus
