Title: Client Relation Associate
Position: The Client Relation Associate enhances the client experience by providing exceptional client service, supporting clients with account related inquires as needed, and serving as a point of contact between third party administrator, clearing house, and other internal departments. Provide problem solutions to inquires over the phone, chats or email. This position performs multiple roles from responding to client service questions and request to a myriad of specialized tasks like account transfer, securities trading and reporting requests.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain existing client relationships through the processing of client requests, resolving client inquires, and making sure key client information and documentation is up to date.
· Onboard new client accounts, which includes the collection of required documentation and client information.
· Educate clients on account services and capabilities.
· Help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings.
· Support and coordinate with marketing strategies and maintain marketing materials.
· Answer both general and account specific questions, assist clients with new account, assets transfer and securities trading related inquiries via phone call, chats or emails.
· Actively engage in available training and education programs to maintain current status on policies, procedures and risk awareness.
· Provides in-depth research into plan and account projects, cases, and issues unable to be resolved in an immediate fashion via phone or email.
· Both independently and as a team identify issues that affects clients experience, and work on solving those issues.
· Perform periodic record keeping, reports filing and other tasks as assigned.
Education Requirements:
· Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
· Business related majors are preferred.
Skills Requirements:
· Obtain FINRA Series 7 & Series 63 within 180 days after enrollment.
· Excellent verbal Communication skills in English, Mandarin or Cantonese.
· Excellent task-management, analytical, and organizational skills.
· Good interpersonal skills for internal and external clients as well as in a team.
· Must be proactive, self-motivated, detailed, and client service oriented.
· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Title: Business Analyst
Position: Business Analyst are the central point of contact between the software developer teams and business operation teams through which the project requirements will flow. The BA will have primary responsibility to effect, analyze, validate, manage, specify and verify the exact needs. The BA will produce outline designs of IT requirements, process and analyze the data, files and logical operations the system will perform. We are looking for an individual who is excited about growing our business and has strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
· Develop business case and work closely with stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions.
· Analyzes, defines and prioritizes the business requirements, functional specifications and operational architecture.
· Provides consultation to IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities and planning and implementing cross-functional applications or systems.
· Document functional & non-functional requirements, perform gap analysis, design system flows, and manage UAT activities leading to production release.
· Perform data analysis and provide reports to business/senior management on the need basis.
· Translate concepts and issues from business to technology and vice versa.
Education Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred.
Skills Requirements:

· Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries.
· Familiar with one programming languages (Python, R, JavaScript, etc.)
· Knowledge and experience around Financial Services business operations.

Title: Capital Markets Intern
Position: Capital Markets Internship program gives participants a unique opportunity to lean about the financial services industry by working side by side with seasoned experts. The intern will assist investment banking team as well as sales & trading team on daily business activities.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct research on industry trends and various investment opportunities across different industry sectors
· Analyze company fundamentals including but not limited to building financial models and forward looking forecasts
· Support senior members on various projects and ad-hoc tasks and assignments for the office
