Title: Capital Intro Specialist

Job Description:
 
Capital Introduction is the process whereby the prime broker introduces our hedge fund/mutual fund clients to qualified fund investors who have an interest in exploring new opportunities to make hedge fund/mutual fund investments. The role will partner heavily with all the various desks across the Equities Department that cover our hedge fund/mutual fund client base. The main responsibilities are:

• Facilitating the interaction between mainland hedge funds/mutual funds and global fund investors.  
• Maintaining and building the business relationship with global fund investors.
• Assisting with Cap Intro product designing  
• Creation of Hedge Fund landscape and content presentations to be presented to investors and managers   

 
 
Requirements:

• Preference for prior experience in capital introduction, hedge fund marketing/investor relations, or hedge fund allocator roles.
• Deep knowledge of hedge fund strategies and trading styles as well as prime brokerage business dynamics.
• Pre-existing institutional investor relationships are a plus.
• Proven ability to synthesize and communicate complex subject matter, both verbally and in written format.
• Written and spoken English and Mandarin fluency is essential.
• Confident communicator.
• Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently. 
• Strong work ethic and demonstrated commitment to excellence

Title: PB Delta One Specialist

Job Description:
 
This position will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage prime and delta one trade flows including pre-trade checks, execution and trade capture for listed stocks, futures and other delta one products
• Managing tight control of the trading book and risk exposures – including intraday and end of day delta and FX risk while maximizing P&L and ROA
• Respond to pricing requests
• Work closely with internal sales to promote PB/delta one solutions to clients
• P&L explanation and attribution analysis
• Work closely with business management and technology team on platform building   

Requirements:

• Good understanding of the technical details and risk management of securities finance and delta one products and strategies
• Undergraduate degree in mathematics, statistics, financial engineering or other quantitative discipline from reputable universities
• 1-4 years related experience
• Strong analytical mind
• Good communication skill and be a team player
• Strong math and computer programming skills preferred
• Rigorous and able to safely perform trading actions and procedures in a high pressure production environment
• Excel and VBA
